- Tvoja najljubša hrana, glasba...kdaj si bila nazadnje na horsu če si vege:)?
- Načeloma jem vse, zelo rad jem preproste vegetarijanske jedi, ribe ter seveda meso.

- Fural sem že na več krajih Portuga, Francija, Španija, Kanarski otoki, Marocco, Italija, Hrvaška...Naj spot mi je tudi eden od najbližjih Barbariga, drugače pa si za domači brejk lastim Medulin.
- Kolikokrat greš surfat, nikoli te ne vidimo v vodi :)?
- Furam kar pogosto v Medulinu zadnje case mi sluzba mal nagaja......

- Medulin locals........Skoraj vedno sem tam......(mogoce ce nebi delal full-time(bi bil se veckrat.

- Cist zadni surfari je bil Portugal maj 07,in bilo je res nepozabno dozivetje..sicer pa se mi zdi da sem se najbolj zabaval leta 2006 prav tako maja na Portugalskem v Penichu.Golf tekma v kampu....Banana country.....recepcija.....in se in se

Do not stretch before any physical activity if your body is cold. Your nervous system controls the lengthening of your muscles. If you attempt to stretch a cold muscle the body will instantly protect it and make it shorter. Based upon the data I have read, do not do a cold stretch if it is two hours or less before you surf.

When should I stretch?
When to stretch seems widely misunderstood. Stretching relaxes the muscles and puts them to sleep; not a good preparation for surfing. Surfing is an explosive sport, so you need to warm your muscles with surfing-specific-exercise patterns to best prepare your muscles and nervous system for surfing. The best time to stretch is before bed, so you take the tension out of the muscles, which, given enough time, can move bones. Your body won't go where there is pain, it will go where you tell it to with the right training and mindset, so teach it to widen its range and open to new levels of surfing. --Matt Griggs
